You’ll be participating in small group classes, focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in Bootcamp / HiiT, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a Bootcamp / HiiT-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in Bootcamp / HiiT you may graduate to our regular Bootcamp / HiiT classes and get the full Bootcamp / HiiT experience!
